One of the strangest — and most persistent — banking fraud documents is the “MT103 manual download procedure.” It instructs a fictional “banking officer” to close normal systems, open Alliance Lite / “Global SWIFT,” and perform an FTP-style download for enormous transfers. Commissions for “receivers” and “senders” are promised in chat copy.

These scripts are sold as secret bank knowledge. They are fan-fiction about banking. Real correspondent banking does not run on Word procedures emailed to strangers on Telegram.

Desk signal Any “procedure” that requires you to pay a broker before your bank can explain the product in plain language is not a bank procedure.
